Steve Daddario started his roofing career when he was 22 years old in 1977. After five years on the roof full time, he got his contractor’s license in 1982. He started his first roofing company with the help of his lovely wife, Dawn. He would install the roofs by himself, and Dawn did the books. Looking back after 42 years, he knows that he had found the perfect career. From working on the roof to managing a company with 23 employees, it has been challenging and incredibly fulfilling to create a special company.

Away from the office, Steve stays busy doing what he enjoys. He loves to surf, fly fishing is a passion and he enjoys playing bass guitar. He and Dawn love spending time with their children and grandchildren. His faith is the most important thing in his life, and he truly enjoys playing on the worship team at church. Life is good and he is grateful for it every day.

Tony joined the company following a distinguished 20-year career as a paramedic and firefighter, where service, leadership, and dedication were central to his work. As President, he upholds the family’s longstanding commitment to quality, courtesy, and integrity while guiding the company into its next chapter. As a lifelong Santa Cruz local, Tony is dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and cultivating lasting relationships with homeowners throughout Santa Cruz County.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys fly fishing and surfing both locally and abroad, sometimes traveling in search of the best swells. He values time spent with his family—whether preparing meals together, working on home improvement projects, or spending quality time. He is honored to serve customers across Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and Monterey Counties and is proud to continue the family tradition.
