What is the one year leak free warranty?

If for some reason the roof we repaired begins to leak within a year, we will return and fix the issue at no additional cost to you. It’s our way of standing behind our repair work and giving you peace of mind.

how do i prepare for a roofing job?

Before your project begins, our re-roof coordinator will walk you through every step of the process. They’ll explain exactly what to do to prepare your home, from moving vehicles out of the driveway or garage to protecting belongings from dust and debris. Our coordinator will make sure all of your questions are answered and provide guidance so your home is ready and the project goes smoothly.

do you offer installation of solar panels with a Re-roof job?

We don’t install solar panels ourselves, but we can connect you with a reputable local company that does. This way, your roof and solar project can be coordinated smoothly with experts you can rely on.

do you offer gutter installation or repair?

We provide gutter services only when they are part of a roof installation we are performing or have completed. If your roof wasn’t installed by us, we can refer you to a reliable local gutter company to handle your needs.

do you install metal roofs?

No, we don’t install metal roofs. However, we can repair and inspect metal roofs.

how do i make a payment?

For all jobs, you will be sent an online invoice. You will be able to pay directly through the payment link. Our preferred method of payment is with a personal check or ACH transfer. If paying with a credit card, please note that a 3.99% service fee will be applied. We do not accept cash payment. Thank you for your understanding.

what if my home insurance wants me to replace my roof?

Insurance companies often rely on drones or satellite images, which don’t accurately show a roof’s condition. We provide a professional inspection detailing your roof’s life expectancy, which you can share with your insurer.

While this may satisfy insurers, we can’t guarantee they won’t request a replacement. We recommend contacting your insurance first. We don’t deal directly with insurers but aim to give homeowners any guidance we can.

do you provide photos?

No, it is not our policy to provide photos of the roof as part of the report.

do you clean roofs or do roof maintenance?

We don’t offer roof cleaning or maintenance services unless it’s part of a repair we’re performing. Our work only includes removing large debris that could affect the roof’s watertight integrity, which is included in any repair estimate.

do you offer payment plans or financing?

We don’t currently offer payment plans or financing.
