In 2024, the next generation stepped into leadership as Steve and Dawn’s son, Tony, joined the company after a 20-year career as a paramedic and firefighter. His background in high-pressure, service-driven work translates naturally to roofing, where reliability and preparedness are essential. Now serving as company president, Tony carries forward the family’s long-standing values—quality, courtesy, and integrity—while guiding the company into its next chapter.
